Turn galaxy off, then go to where the game is installed and run the game exe from there. To start with, from the play button I assume you are trying to run through galaxy. It’s quite hard to diagnose without some info. I just wanted to see if I could get someone else's help.
I did already sent something out to aupport but like you said the yae busy. It was all about it crashing and the game wont even get that far were it could crash.
